摘要:

研制了用于监控电厂循环冷却水水质的循环水稳定性检测装置。该装置通过检测经过装有碳酸钙颗粒的过滤柱前后水样碱度的变化,计算出安定指数,据此来评估被测水的稳定性,以及结垢或腐蚀的倾向和程度。经现场运行考核证明,该仪器具有自动化程度高﹑维护量小、运行成本低等特点,能很好地控制循环水水质来减轻管道及设备的结垢、腐蚀,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:

The detection device is mainly used for monitoring the water quality of the circulating cooling water inpower plants. The change of alkalinity of the water sample before and after the CaCO3 processing is determined and the stability index is calculated by the device. The stability index of circulating cooling water is evaluated,so do the tendency and extent of scaling and corrosion. Based on the field operation,the device is characterized by high automation,small maintenance work,low running costs,and good at controlling the water quality and reducing the scaling and corrosion of the pipes and equipment,having broad application prospects.
