摘要:
根据Fe3+在pH为2~3的条件下可以直接与磺基水杨酸指示剂生成紫红色络合物的原理,提出用EDTA标准溶液直接滴定清洗液中可溶性铁,不溶铁、铁氧化物、铁络合物采用先消解成可溶性铁,再滴定的方法测定清洗液中铁含量。该法适用于无机酸、有机酸及混合酸清洗液中铁含量的测定,可满足工业设备清洗现场快速、简捷、准确的测定要求。

Abstract:
According to the principle that Fe3+ can directly form purple complex with the indicator of sulfosalicylic acid at pH 2-3,soluble iron in cleaning liquids can be directly titrated by EDTA standard solution.It is brought forward that insoluble iron,iron oxidant,and complex iron should firstly be degested into soluble iron,before being titrated.This method is suitable for determining the iron content in inorganic acid,organic acid and mixed acid cleaning liquids,meeting the requirements for fast,simple and accurate determination at industrial equipment cleaning sites.
