Energy-saving modification for circulating water cooling tower in large-scale fertilizer plants

摘要:

宁夏石化公司第二套大化肥装置循环水系统有11座逆流冷却塔, 其中的风机采用减速器+传动轴的电驱动方式, 配套电机功率为200 kW。为减少生产过程中的能源消耗、降低成本, 公司对冷却塔进行了节能改造, 以水轮机替代电机, 并从理论上对可行性进行了探讨, 结合现场实际情况进行了改造, 取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:

There are eleven counter-current cooling towers in the circulating system of the second largest chemical fertilizer equipment in Ningxia Petrochemical Co.Reducer+transmission shaft are used for electrically driving their wind turbines.The matched electric motor power is 200 kW.To decrease the energy consumption in the production process and reduce costs, energy-saving modification for the cooling towers has been carried out by the company.For example, hydroturbine has been used for replacing the electric motor.Furthermore, its feasibility has theoretically been discussed, and modification has been carried out combining with the actual site situation, and pretty good results have been obtained.
