聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)的合成及性能研究

Study on the synthesis and properties of PAFS

摘要:

以赤铁矿为主要原料,用硫酸提取Al3+尧Fe3+制备了聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS).产品采用XRD 及TEM进行表征,并以黄河水为原水进行絮凝实验研究.结果显示,自制PAFS 的絮凝性能优于市售聚铝(PAC),当其投加量为12mg/L、pH在5.0~8.5 时,COD去除率、浊度去除率分别达到40%尧99%以上.

Abstract:

The polymeric aluminum ferric sulphate(PAFS)has been prepared by using hematite as main raw material and extracting Al3+ and Fe3+ fromsulphuric acid. The product is characterized by X-Ray Diffraction(XRD), and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The Yellow River water is used as raw water,and the flocculation experiment is conducted. The results show that the flocculation capability of home-made PAFS is superior to commercial poly-aluminum(PAC). When its dosage is 12 mg/L,and pH 5.0-8.5,the COD removing rate and turbidity removing rate can reach above 40%,and 99%,respectively.
