环氧树脂废水资源化处理技术研究

摘要:

环氧树脂废水的盐分和有机物浓度很高,无法采用常规方法进行有效处理。采用催化湿式过氧化物氧化法(CWPO)处理环氧树脂废水,考察了氧化剂(H2O2)和催化剂(Fe2+)投加量及投加方式、pH、反应温度和时间等对环氧树脂废水TOC去除效果的影响。结果表明,CWPO处理环氧树脂废水的适宜工艺条件为H2O2 75 mL/L、FeSO4·7H2O 6.5 g/L、pH=3.0、温度90℃、反应时间200 min。在氧化剂和催化剂总投加量相同的条件下,两者分多次投加时的TOC去除效果明显优于一次性投加。优化条件下进行中试发现,TOC为2 500~2 700 mg/L的环氧树脂废水经CWPO工艺处理后,出水TOC稳定在150 mg/L左右,可作为生产氯气和烧碱的原料。

Abstract:

The concentration of salinity and organic pollutants in epoxy resin wastewaterare rather high. It is impossible to treat the wastewater effectively by conventional methods. A catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO) process has been used for treating epoxy resin wastewater. The effects of the dosages and adding method of oxidant H2O2 and catalyst Fe2+,pH,reaction temperature, reaction time,etc. on the TOC removing effectiveness of epoxy resin wastewater are investigated. The results show that the optimal conditions for the appropriate treatment of epoxy resin wastewater by CWPO are as follows:H2O2 is 75 mL/L,FeSO4·7H2O 6.5 g/L,pH=3.0,temperature 90℃,and reaction time 200 min. When the total dosages of oxidant and catalyst are the same and are added separately many times,the TOC removing result of them are significantly better than that by a one-off addition. Under optimal conditions, it is found through pilot trails that after TOC 2 500-2 700 mg/L of epoxy resin wastewater has been treated by CWPO process,the effluent TOC keeps stable at about 150 mg/L. The treated wastewater can thus be reused as materials in chlorine production.
