Fenton oxidation combined with salt-tolerance bacteria for the treatment of wastewater from epoxy resin production

摘要:

根据环氧树脂生产废水的特点,采用Fenton氧化联合耐盐组合菌的SBR工艺对其进行处理。通过Fenton氧化预处理试验确定了最佳反应条件:pH 4.0,温度70℃,H2O2投加量80 mL/L,n(H2O2)/n(Fe2+)为0.007 6,反应时间75 min。在此条件下,COD去除率达79%,废水可生化性得到显著提高,B/C由0.018提高至0.33。Fenton氧化出水经稀释进入含耐盐组合菌的SBR工艺,连续驯化运行36 d,系统保持较高的耐盐性和COD去除率。

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of epoxy resin production wastewater, the Fenton oxidation combined with SBR process containing salt-tolerance bacteria has been used for its treatment. Through Fenton oxidation pre-treatment experiments, the optimal reaction conditions have been ascertained as follows:pH is 4.0, temperature 70℃, H2O2 dosage 80 mL/L, n(H2O2)/n(Fe2+)=0.007 6, reaction time 75 min. Under these conditions, the COD removing rate reaches 79%, biodegradability of wastewater is improved obviously, and B/C is increased from 0.018 to 0.33. After the Fenton oxidation effluent has been subjected to dilution, it goes into the SBR process containing salt-tolerance bacteria, and domesticated and operated continuously for 36 d, the system maintains comparatively high salt tolerance and COD removing rates.
