紫外光催化氧化法消解循环水中HEDP

Digestion of HEDP in circulating water by UV photo-catalytic oxidation method

摘要:

为快速消解循环水中的羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP), 利用XPA系列光化学反应仪, 采用紫外光催化氧化法对循环水中的HEDP进行消解。研究了氧化剂种类及用量、消解时间、pH等参数对HEDP消解率的影响, 确定了最佳反应条件。实验结果表明:当氧化剂Na2S2O8质量浓度为1.0 g/L, 紫外光照时间为8 min, pH为7左右时, HEDP的消解率可以达到98%以上。实验测定值的相对标准偏差<1%, 精密度较高。该方法简单快速, 重现性好, 具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:

In order to digest 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid(HEDP) in circulating water rapidly, a XPA photochemical reaction apparatus has been used. The HEDP in circulating water can be digested by UV photocatalytic oxidation method. The influences of parameter, such as species and dosage of oxidant, digestion time, pH, etc. on HEDP digesting rate are studied, and the optimal reaction conditions are ascertained. The results show that the HEDP digesting rate can be higher than 98%, when the mass concentration of oxidant Na2S2O8 is 1.0 g/L, UV irradiation time 8 min, and pH around 7. The relative standard deviation of measured value is less than 1%, having higher precision. This method is simple and rapid, and has good reproducibility, with good application prospect.
