核电站凝结水精处理系统的旁路设置

摘要:

介绍了核电站凝结水精处理系统中的无阀主旁路、内循环旁路、阳床旁路的主要功能及设置目的,结合已投运核电站的实际运行经验,详细分析了3种旁路在核电站二回路供水安全、隔离长期停运设备循环运行中对二回路的影响,并给出了一些旁路系统的设计改进建议。讨论了有备用阳床条件下取消阳床旁路系统的可行性,为新建核电站项目的凝结水精处理系统设计提供参考。

Abstract:

The set-up purposes and main functions of the main bypass without valves,internal circulation bypass,and cation bed bypass for the condensate polishing system of nuclear power plants are introduced. According to the operation experiences of the nuclear power plant under working condition,the influences of the three kinds of bypasses on the secondary circuit in terms of water supply safety of the secondary circuit in the nuclear power plant,and the cyclic running of chronically out-of-service equipment are analyzed in detail. Some suggestions on the design improvement for bypass systems are provided. The feasibility of getting rid of cationic bed bypass system under the condition of having backup cationic beds is discussed,providing reference for the design of condensate polishing system in newly-built nuclear power plants.
