蒸馏法处理压裂返排液的实验研究

摘要:

对压裂返排液在蒸馏过程中污染物向馏出液迁移的规律与不同预处理工艺配合下的蒸馏馏出液水质进行了探究。结果显示,馏出液瞬时COD随蒸馏的进行呈对数下降的趋势。配合气浮预处理工艺,在弃流比为16.0%条件下,馏出液COD仅为163.5 mg/L,接近《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570—2015)二级排放标准。

Abstract:

Facturing flow-back fluid in the process of distillation,the law of pollutants moving to distillate coordinating with different pre-treatment method,the water quality of distillate from distillation has been investigated. The results show that the distillate instantaneous COD decline rapidly in form of logarithmic curve when the distillation process is on. Coordinating with gas flotation pre-treatment process when split-flow ratio is 16.0%, distillate COD is only 163.5 mg/L. It is close to the second level standard specified in Pollutant Discharge Standard of Petroleum Refining Industry(GB 31570—2015)
