铜离子对自养脱氮亚硝化工艺的影响及恢复策略

Influences of Cu (Ⅱ) on partial nitrification process and its recovery strategy

摘要:

采用SBR反应器考察了Cu(Ⅱ)短期作用对亚硝化反应器的影响规律,结果表明,低浓度的Cu(Ⅱ)(≤10 mg/L)对亚硝化有促进作用,并且在3~10 mg/L范围内影响规律相似。高浓度的Cu(Ⅱ)(≥20 mg/L)抑制AOB的活性,同时诱导了NOB的活性。Cu(Ⅱ)≥30 mg/L时NOB也被抑制。Cu(Ⅱ)对AOB的半抑制质量浓度为21.8 mg/L。在短期作用后,污泥中的铜含量增加。AOB被Cu(Ⅱ)完全抑制后,通过向反应器中投加20 mg/L EDTA螯合提取污泥中的铜离子,可使亚硝化得到恢复,同时污泥中的铜减少。

Abstract:

The short-term effect of Cu(Ⅱ) on partial nitrification(PN) process has been studied in a SBR. The results show that Cu(Ⅱ) with low concentration(≤10 mg/L) has facilitative effect on PN process,and the influence rule is similar in the range of 3-10 mg/L. However,Cu(Ⅱ) with high concentration(≥20 mg/L)could significantly inhibit the AOB bioactivity,and induce the NOB bioactivity simultaneously. The NOB bioactivity is also suppressed when Cu(Ⅱ) is increased to 30 mg/L. The half inhibition concentration of Cu(Ⅱ) on AOB is 21.8 mg/L. After shortterm effect,the copper in sludge is increased. After AOB is completely suppressed by Cu(Ⅱ),20 mg/L EDTA is adopted to chelate and extract Cu(Ⅱ) from sludge,and the PN process is successfully recovered as result.
