循环冷却水无磷预膜剂的试验及现场应用

Experiments of non-phosphorus circulating cooling water prefilming agent and its field application

摘要: 针对磷锌预膜剂在使用过程中存在的问题,开发出由葡萄糖酸钠、硫酸锌、丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯-磺酸盐三元共聚物、三乙醇胺复配而成的无磷环保循环冷却水预膜剂。采用硫酸铜滴定法对预膜效果进行了检测,并对预膜剂使用浓度和使用条件进行了优化。结果表明,预膜剂的最佳使用浓度和使用条件:预膜剂最佳投加量500 mg/L;浊度﹤30 NTU,常温,自然pH。将该预膜剂用于实际水处理系统,取得了满意效果。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem existed in the use of phosphorus and zinc pre-film agent. The nonphosphorus, environmental protection, cooling water pre-filming agent made from sodium gluconate, zinc sulfate, acrylic-acrylatesulfonate terpolymer, triethanolamine has been developed. The pre- filming effect is detected by copper sulfate titration, and the usable concentration and conditions are optimized. The results show that the optimum concentration and conditions of the pre-filming agent are as follows:the dosage is 500 mg/L, turbidity<30 NTU, room temperature, and natural pH. The practical application of this pre- filming agent to water treatment systems achieves satisfactory effect.
