Optimization of RSM-BBD model composited with chlorine dioxide and organophosphorus corrosion inhibitor

摘要: 采用响应面曲线法中Box-Behnken模型设计实验,考察了PBTCA与HEDP投加比例、钙离子浓度、锌离子浓度、pH及其交互作用对冷却水中碳钢缓蚀率的影响,并建立影响因素与响应值之间的二次多项式回归方程。优化最佳缓蚀药剂复配方案:PBTCA与HEDP投加质量浓度之比为1.45,锌离子质量浓度为2.86 mg/L,二氧化氯为6.76 mg/L,pH为7.43。缓蚀率预测值为98.16%,实验值为98.82%,碳钢腐蚀速率为0.008 9 mm/a,与响应预测值的相对误差为0.67%,模型显著,有很好的拟合性,能够达到《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》规定的标准。

Abstract: The experimental scheme has been designed by Box-Behnken model of response surface curve method. The influences of the dosing ratio of PBTCA and HEDP,concentration of zinc ions,concentration of calcium and pH, as well as their interactions,on the corrosion inhibition rate of carbon steel in cooling water have been investigated, and the quadratic polynomial regression equation between the influencing factors and response values established. The optimal composite scheme of corrosion inhibitors is as follows:the dosing mass concentration ratio of PBTCA and HEDP is 1.45,the mass concentration of zinc ions 2.86 mg/L,the mass concentration of chlorine dioxide 6.76 mg/L, and pH 7.43. The predicted value of corrosion inhibition rate is 98.16%,experimental value 98.82%,corrosion rate of carbon steel 0.008 9 mm/a,and relative error of the response predicted value 0.67%. It proves that the model is significant,has good fitting property,and can meet the requirements specified in the Code for Design of Industrial Recirculation Cooling Water Treatment.
