摘要: 超滤-反渗透双膜法是一种新兴的海水淡化组合工艺。为进一步优化工艺并为其放大提供依据,设计并开发出一套基于这一工艺的百吨级试验系统,通过对系统调试运行,获得了大量试验数据。运行结果表明,系统的脱盐效果良好且稳定,压力可以影响流量而对截留率没有明显影响。采用设计软件模拟了系统调试运行过程,模拟计算结果与调试运行数据基本相符,说明设计软件用于海水淡化系统的放大设计具有实践基础。

Abstract: Ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis(UF-RO) combined process is now a very widely-used method for sea water desalination. In order to further optimize the combined process and provide the basis of the scale-up design of such systems,a pilot-scale(100 ton class) UF-RO sea water desalination system has been developed,test-run implement-ed,and operation data have been analyzed. The test-run results show that the desalination effect of the system is good and stable. Pressure intensity of RO operation has influence on flow rate,but does not have obvious influence on interception rate. The design software is used for the simulation of equipment operation,and the calculation results and operation results are compared. Both of them conform to each other. The results indicates that the design software can be effectively used for the scale-up design of UF-RO desalination systems.
