摘要: 以某ABS合成树脂厂生产废水为对象,分析水质波动大的原因,对药剂投加量进行优化研究。结果表明:废水中排入的胶乳含量大小是造成水质波动的主要原因,浊度范围不同,药剂最优投加量不同。通过在不同水质条件下投加不同剂量混凝药剂,混凝气浮工艺出水水质稳定,浊度始终保持在60 NTU以下,COD维持在900~1 000 mg/L,药剂成本与现有相比可降低43.53%。

Abstract: Taking an ABS synthetic resin factory as the object,the causes for the big fluctuation of water quality have been analyzed,and the dosages of coagulant optimized. The results show that the main cause results in the fluctuation of water quality is whether the amount of the latex discharged to wastewater is high or low. The optimum dosages of coagulant is different under different turbidity ranges and water quality conditions. Different coagulant dosages are to be added under different water quality conditions. By dosing different amounts of coagulant under different water qua-lity conditions,the effluent water quality of coagulation and air floatation process is stable. The turbidity keeps below 55 NTU,and COD maintains at 900-1 000 mg/L,Thus,43.53% of the coagulant cost can be reduced,compared with the present cost of it.
