铁氧体工艺快速处理含铜亚甲基蓝废水

Rapid treatment of Cu2+-containing methylene blue wastewater by ferrite process

摘要: 采用铁氧体工艺处理含铜亚甲基蓝废水,优化了工艺条件。结果表明:在常温、n(OH):n(M)=1.7、n(Fe):n(Cu)=2的条件下,5 min即可实现对Cu2+和亚甲基蓝的高效去除。所得沉淀物经高温煅烧后得到铜铁氧体材料,可作为磁种或催化剂回收利用。铁氧体工艺对实际染料废水中染料和Cu2+的去除率可达78.6%和99.8%。

Abstract: The ferrite process has been applied to the treatment of Cu2+-containing methylene blue wastewater,and its technological conditions have been optimized. The results show that when the conditions are as follow:at ordinary temperature,n(OH):n(M)=1.7,n(Fe):n(Cu)=2,and reaction time 5 min,the highly efficient removal of Cu2+ and methylene blue can be realized. After the precipitant has been calcined at high temperature,the copper ferrite mater-ials can be obtained,and recycled as a kind of magnetic species and catalyst. By ferrite process,the removing rates of dyestuff and Cu2+ from the actual dyeing wastewater can reach 78.6% and 99.8%,respectively.
