渤海油田老化油处理工艺研究

摘要: 老化油是含杂质高且十分稳定的乳化液体系,渤海区域个别油田存在的老化油累积问题亟待解决。对比了热化学破乳工艺、高频电脱破乳工艺以及离心分离破乳工艺处理老化油的效果。热化学破乳及电脱破乳对老化油的处理效果不佳,弊端明显。使用离心分离设备处理老化油,设备简单,现场处理效果理想,运行稳定,在现场取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract: Aging oil is a kind of highly stable emulsion system with high impurity. The accumulation problem of ag-ing oil in individual oil fields in Bohai Sea region needs to be resolved eagerly. The effects of thermo-chemical demu-lsification process, high-frequency electro-dehydration demulsification process, and centrifugal demulsification pro-cess on the treatment of aging oils have been compared. It is found that the treatment effects on aging oil by thermal chemical demulsification process and electro-dehydration demulsification process are not so good and have obvious disadvantages. The use of centrifugal separation equipment for treating aging oil are characterized by simple equip-ment, ideal on sitetreatment effect and stable running, achieving good application effects on the spot.
