La modified nanomaterials and its performance in treating cartap wastewater

摘要:

采用超声浸渍法制备出La/Co/γ-Al2O3复合催化剂,与微波催化氧化技术联用,应用于杀螟丹模拟废水COD的降解;采用XRD、TEM、SEM、BET对催化剂进行表征,结果表明,Co/γ-Al2O3经La改性后团聚现象得到改善,活性组分能较为分散地负载在载体表面。实验结果表明,在pH为5.5,微波功率为450 W,催化剂投加量为0.5 g,H2O2投加量为0.25 mL时,La/Co/γ-Al2O3的催化活性最高可达88.2%,在回收再用实验中,表现出良好的稳定性。

Abstract:

La/Co/γ-Al2O3 composite catalyst was prepared by ultrasonic impregnation method. It was applied to degrade COD in the simulated wastewater of cartaps in combination with microwave catalytic oxidation technology. The catalyst was characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, BET. The results showed that the agglomeration phenomenon of Co/γ-Al2O3 after La modification was improved, and the active component could be dispersed on the surface of the carrier. The experimental results showed that the catalytic activity of La/Co/γ-Al2O3 could reach up to 88.2% at pH 5.5, microwave power 450 W, catalyst dosage 0.5 g and hydrogen peroxide dosage 0.25 mL. In the recycling experiment, the catalyst showed good stability.
