摘要:
为缓解铀矿冶企业低放射性废水水量增加带来的处理压力,围绕碳排放量较低的天然蒸发池技术提出蒸发帘强化自然蒸发技术。选用耐酸碱腐蚀、比表面积大、透气性能好、毛细效应明显的碳纤维编织布制作蒸发帘,开展浸水-速干性能试验、小型化室内蒸发模拟试验及现场测试试验。结果表明:碳纤维编织布具有良好的吸水性且有利于水分子的蒸发,W1021平纹型编织布适宜制作蒸发帘;碳纤维蒸发帘可强化自然蒸发,提高温度和风速均可增强蒸发帘强化自然蒸发的效果。在对实际低放射性废水进行蒸发时,碳纤维蒸发帘的日蒸发水量为5.4 mm/d,自然蒸发的日蒸发水量为2.1 mm/d,碳纤维蒸发帘可将自然蒸发水量提升157.14%。蒸发帘强化自然蒸发技术效果良好,可有效缓解铀矿冶企业低放射性废水的处理压力,为需要提升自然蒸发水量的企业提供指导。

Abstract:
In order to alleviate the treatment pressure caused by the increase of the volume of low-level radioactive wastewater in metallurgy enterprises of uranium mining,the evaporation curtain enhanced natural evaporation technology were proposed around the natural evaporation pool technology for the lower carbon emission. Carbon fiber woven fabric with resisting acid and alkali corrosion,large specific surface area,good permeability and obvious capillary effect,was selected to make evaporation curtain. The water immersion-drying performance test,miniaturized indoor evaporation simulation test,and field test were carried out. The test results showed that carbon fiber woven fabric had good water absorption and was conducive to the evaporation of water molecules. W1021 plain woven fabric was suitable for making evaporation curtain. Carbon fiber evaporative curtain could enhance the natural evaporation. Increasing temperature and wind speed could enhance the effect of evaporative curtain on natural evaporation. When the actual evaporation of low-level radioactive wastewater was carried out,the daily evaporation water of carbon fiber evaporation curtain was 5.4 mm/d,and the daily evaporation water of natural evaporation was 2.1 mm/d. Carbon fiber evaporation curtain could increase the natural evaporation water by 157.14%. The evaporative curtain enhanced natural evaporation technology had a good effect,which could effectively relieve the treatment pressure of low-level radioactive wastewater in metallurgy enterprises of uranium mining,and provided guidance for enterprises that need to increase the amount of natural evaporation.
