摘要:
梓潼县经开区工业污水处理厂一期设计规模为2×104 m3/d,采用预处理+水解酸化+A2/O/A-MBR处理工艺,出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,其中TN≤10 mg/L,NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L。介绍了该工业污水厂设计进出水水质指标的确定、工艺流程的选择、主要构筑物的设计、工艺设计特点和实际运行效果。经过30 d调试运行,出水水质、污泥泥龄、回流量等指标基本达到设计要求,但碳源投加量偏大。采用优化调度运行,进水中混杂生活污水,提高进水B/C,既节省碳源投加量,又能解决县城生活污水处理厂规模不够的问题。项目总投资为1.2亿元,该工程削减了对潼江的污染负荷,改善了水质并有效保护了水生态环境。

Abstract:
The phaseⅠ design capacity of Zitong industrial sewage treatment plant is 2×104 m3/d. Pretreatment plus hydrolysis acidification plus A2/O/A-MBR was adopted to treat wastewater discharged from economic-technological development area,and the quality of effluent met the specification of a level grade one in GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant,in addition to TN≤10 mg/L and NH3-N≤1.5 mg/L. The designed quality of influent and effluent,selection of process flow,design of main structures,the design characteristics,and the actual operation situation were introduced. After 30 d debugging run,the indexes,such as effluent quality,SRT and quantity of reflux,basically met the design requirements,but the amount of carbon source was relatively large. Use optimal scheduling operation,through mixing with domestic sewage,could improve the influent B/C ratio,which saved carbon source dosage as well as solved the problem of insufficient scale. The total investment of the project was 120 million yuan and this project reduced the pollution load of Tong River,improved water quality and protected water ecological environment.
