以深圳市为例的超大型城市工业废水排放特征分析

摘要:

基于环境统计数据研究了深圳市工业水污染物的行业排放特点及空间分布特征。结果表明,深圳市纳入环境统计涉水污染物排放的工业企业共1 104家,行业覆盖生物质能发电、电子电路制造、金属表面处理及热处理加工等共173个。COD、NH3-N、TN 3种常规水污染物综合评价结果与其空间排放特征基本一致。非常规水污染物中,金属表面处理及热处理加工行业的石油类和废水总铬污染物排放量最大,涂料行业的挥发酚排放量最大,半导体分立器件制造的氰化物排放量最大。利用第二次全国污染源普查数据对国内超大型工业城市进行对比分析,结合深圳市产业结构及工业污染控制措施,可知深圳市工业企业污染排放控制效果较好。针对深圳市工业废水污染排放及分布特征,提出相关污染控制及产业发展建议,为管理部门提供参考。

Abstract:

Based on environmental statistical data,the industry discharge characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of industrial water pollutants in Shenzhen were studied. The results showed that there were 1 104 industrial enterprises involved in the discharge of water pollutants included in the environmental statistics in Shenzhen,covering a total of 173 industries including biomass power generation,electronic circuit manufacturing,metal surface treatment and heat treatment processing. The comprehensive evaluation results of COD,NH3-N and TN three conventional water pollutants were basically consistent with their spatial emission characteristics. Among the unconventional water pollutants,the metal surface treatment and heat treatment processing industries have the largest emissions of petroleum and total chromium pollutants,the paint industry had the largest emissions of volatile phenols,and the semiconductor discrete device manufacturing industry had the largest emissions of cyanide. Using the data of the second national census of pollution sources to compare and analyze domestic super-large industrial cities,combined with Shenzhen’s industrial structure and industrial pollution control measures,it can be seen that Shenzhen’s industrial enterprises have better pollution control effects. According to the characteristics of industrial wastewater pollution discharge and distribution in Shenzhen,relevant pollution control and industrial development suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the management department.
