摘要:

通过对渤海某油田污水系统腐蚀区域产物的分析发现,导致腐蚀的主要原因为污水中含有较高浓度的铁离子和酰胺类化学物质等。此油田污水系统产生的腐蚀主要是由大量铁垢导致的垢下腐蚀,也是产生点蚀的关键因素。根据上述情况,在控制措施返排液的同时,通过连续加注高效的铁离子稳定剂和高效除垢剂使油田的腐蚀情况得到了很好的控制。

Abstract:

According to the analysis of the corrosion products from the Bohai oilfield sewage system,the main causes of corrosion were the high concentration of ferric ion and amide chemicals in the sewage. Among those causes, the under-deposit corrosion caused by a large amount of iron scale was the most important cause of corrosion and the key point of pitting corrosion. Based on the above situation, the corrosion of the oilfield was well controlled by continuously by adding highly efficient Fe ion stabilizer and highly efficient descaler while control of the return liquid.
