聚氨基葡糖超滤膜的研制及其在印染废水处理中的应用

Abstract:

A chitosan ultrafiltrating membrane was pr epar ed by phase reverse technique involv ing coagulatio n of the chitosan sloution in NaOH solution. The membrane prepared by the technology has ex cellent separation performance for such an acid r ed B dye which was hard of treatment by common coagulation technology.The decolorization efficiency of acid red B aqueous solution achieved 91%~ 98%. To real printing and dy eing waste water, the decolorization efficiency was above 95% and the removal of COD was 88%. Its effect w as better than that of tranditio nal treatment methods.

摘要:

简要叙述了聚氨基葡糖超滤膜的制备方法。着重研究了其在印染废水处理中的应用,结果表明用聚氨基葡糖超滤膜处理实际印染废水,其COD去除率可达80%左右,脱色率超过95%.
