高效絮凝剂聚合氯化硫酸铁的制备及其混凝效果的研究

Abstract:

A simple and suitable new method of quickly producing poly-ferric sulfate chloride(PFCS)is introduced.Study results show that PFCS ,which is characterized by good steady property, has better flocculating efficiency than poly -ferric sulfate(PFS)and poly -aluminium chloride(PAC).As an inorganic polymer ferric flocculant,PFCS,whose production cost is only half of PAC's , can replace PAC to be used in unpurified water with different pH,turbidity and temperature.

摘要:

研究提出了一种生产聚合氯化硫酸铁 (PFCS)絮凝剂的新方法。该方法简单适用,反应速率快。按该法生产的产品价格低廉,性能较稳定。通过絮凝比较试验发现 :其絮凝效果比聚合硫酸铁 (PFS)要强得多,比聚合氯化铝 (PAC)稍强,但成本只有PAC的二分之一,并且适用源水的 pH、浊度、温度范围宽,是一种替代铝盐絮凝剂的较好的无机高分子铁盐絮凝剂,有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
