高浓度树脂生产废水处理工艺的设计

Abstract:

The treatment of highly concentrated resin wastewater in a company has been studied. The CODCr of the wastewater is near 150 000 mg/L. Based on the pilot experiments, the wastewater treatment process has been confirmed. Firstly, the physicochemical pretreatment, i.e. degrading the poisonous and harmful materials in the wastewater by two-stage catalytic oxidation and inCrease the biochemistry capacity of the wastewater. Then, miCroelectrolysis technique is used to lower the CODCr of the wastewater. At last UASB+A/O are used to further lower the CODCr of the wastewater to less than 500 mg/L, which has reached the discharge standard.

摘要:

对某公司树脂生产废水的处理进行了试验研究,该废水的CODCr接近150000mg/L。经过小试确定了该废水的处理方案。首先采用物化预处理即两级催化氧化法降解废水中的有毒有害物质,提高废水的可生化性,接着用微电解法初步降低废水的CODCr,最后用UASB+A/O进一步降低其CODCr,使废水CODCr小于500mg/L达标排放。
