用正交实验法研究超细滑石粉对再生纸造纸废水混凝处理效果的影响

Abstract:

Designed by means of orthog onal experiment method, experiments were carried cut to study the possibility of SFT as a substitute for PAM to treat wastewater from reproduced papermaking. The results show that SFT can be used as a substi tute for PAM. The optimum combination of PAC, SFT and pH value is 300mg /L,3 mg /L and 6.5.Thus the rate of turbidity removal is up to 97%,that of color removal being 87. 7% .setting rate improving 35%, coagulant cost deducting 0.104 6$ /m3 .

摘要:

利用正交法设计实验,研究超细滑石粉SFT( 1 250 目)代替PAM作助凝剂对再生纸造纸废水进行混凝处理。研究结果表明, SFT可以替代PAM,且PAC+ SFT方案的最佳组合方式为: pH 6. 5, PAC 300 mg /L, SFT3 mg / L。此时,浊度去除率为97%以上,色度去除率为87. 7%,沉降速度提高35%,处理废水用药品成本降低0. 104 6元/m3
