Abstract:
To make water collection, distribution and spray in the tower get the best assembling,they reconstructed the vintage 4.7m exhaust fan and its inside components of concrete cooling tower with less investment. The reconstructed cooling tower can bring higher efficiency, the water disposal capacity of the sing letower gets to 500t/h from 300t/h, inlet and out let dif ference in water temperature gets to 8~ 9℃ from 5~ 7 ℃ .

摘要:
用少量投资,改造老式D4.7m风机及砼塔内部构件,使塔内收水、配水、喷淋达到了最佳组合。改造后的冷却塔产生了较高的效率,单塔水处理能力由原300t/h提高到了500t/h,进出塔水温差由5~7℃提高到了8~10℃。
