Abstract:

The determination of the cleaning parameters of the EDTA coordinative chemical cleaning,the range of cleaning and the technical process in Unit 1,Guohuazhunge-er Power Plant are introduced. The difference between the traditional EDTA cleaning technique and the EDTA coordinative chemical cleaning is also introduced. The problems such as the EDTA cleaning for large range thermodynamic system,the using of deaerator water tank as the temporary preparation tank for EDTA chemical cleaning, and the using of prepositive pump of the water supply pump as circulating power of EDTA chemical cleaning are expatiated and analyzed.

摘要：

介绍了国华准格尔工程#1机组EDTA协调化学清洗的清洗参数的确定、清洗范围及工艺过程;与传统的EDTA清洗工艺不同之处。对EDTA大范围热力系统清洗、除氧器水箱用作EDTA化学清洗临时配药箱、采用给水泵前置泵作EDTA化学清洗循环动力等几个问题进行了阐述分析。
