Abstract

Abstract:

BOT Mode is a kind of internationally current financing way for basic and public construction of facilities. Using this mode to the investments in the urban sewage treatment in China is a long-term and stable investing way. It can effectively ease off the problem of capital shortage in the field of environmental protection and improve the administrative and technical levels of urban sewage treatment plants in China.

摘要：

BOT模式是国际通行的一种基础性公共设施建设的融资方式。以BOT模式投资中国城市污水处理设施是一种长期的、稳健的投资方式;引进这种投资模式,可以有效的缓解我国环保领域投资不足的问题,并提高我国城市污水处理厂的管理和技术水平。

关键词: 城市污水, BOT模式, 风险分析
