Abstract:

Atomic fluorescence spectrometric determination of lead in water is carried out. The results obtained show that linearity is good(the related average coefficient is 0.999 0 in standard curve 0.00 ~ 10.00 μg/L). The precision is better(the relative standard deviation is 0.96% ~ 3.52%). The accuracy and sensitivity are higher(the recovery rate is 90.3% ~ 108.4%, detection limit is 0.09 μg/L). It is a pretty good method for the determination of lead in water.

摘要:

采用原子荧光光谱法测定水中铅。实验结果表明,线性关系良好(在标准曲线质量浓度为0.00~10.00μg/L内,平均相关系数γ为0.9990),精密度较好(相对标准偏差为0.96%~3.52%),准确度、灵敏度较高(加标回收率为90.3%~108.4%,最低检出限为0.09μg/L),是测定水中铅的较好方法。
