荧光光度法测定水中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的研究

Abstract:

Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is a kind of important enivronmental hormone.Under basic conditions,the fluorescence of DBP has been studied.the effect of the reaction media and temperature on the fluorescent intensity has also been studied.The determination method of DBP in water samples by fluorscent spectrophotometry is established.The tests showthat under basic conditions,when the concentration of DBP is between 0.1-7.0 mg/L,the flourescent intensity of DBP is linear with the concentration of DBP.The minimum detection limit of this method is 0.1 mg/L.The recovery rate is between 96.67% to 104.00%.It is simple,rapid and highly sensitive.Satisfactory results have been obtained in the determination of DBP in actual water samples.

摘要:

邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)是一种重要的环境荷尔蒙物质。在碱性条件下,对DBP的荧光性质进行了研究,并研究了反应介质和温度对DBP荧光强度的影响,建立了荧光分光光度法测定水样中DBP的方法。实验表明,在碱性条件下,DBP质量浓度在0.1~7.0 mg/L内时,DBP的荧光强度与DBP的质量浓度呈线性关系,检测下限达0.1 mg/L,回收率在96.67%~104.00%之间。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高的特点。用于实际水样中DBP的测定,获得了满意的结果。
