Synergistic effect of orthophosphate on the scale inhibition

正磷酸盐的阻垢协同作用研究

Abstract:

The effects of orthophosphate and tripolymers AA/AMPS/HPA on calcium carbonate scale are studied by using SEM, XRDand static scale inhibition method. The results showthat using orthophosphate alone has no effect on inhibiting calcium carbonate scale. AA/AMPS/HPA and orthophosphate have synergistic effects on inhibiting calciumcarbonate scale within certain concentration ranges. It proves that the synergistic effect decreases when the concentration of PO4 3- is over 6 mg/L. Proper amount of orthophosphate and AA/AMPS/HPA make the shape of calciumcarbonate change and has obvious inhibiting efficiency on calcite.

摘要:

采用静态阻垢法、SEM、XRD分析技术研究了PO43-与三元共聚物AA/AMPS/HPA对CaCO3垢的作用。结果表明:单独的PO43-对CaCO3无任何阻垢作用;8~20mg/LAA/AMPS/HPA+1~6mg/LPO43-在阻CaCO3垢时表现出显著的协同效应,当PO43-质量浓度超过6mg/L时,两者阻CaCO3的阻垢率下降,协同效应也不明显。PO43-与AA/AMPS/HPA三元共聚物使CaCO3的形貌发生变化,对方解石的形成有明显的抑制作用。
