Abstract:

As high-speed wire rod has been used for cooling the bearings in the rolling mill directlu,the circulating rate is an high as over 95%.The oil content and suspended matter in water have seriously exceeded the set standard, and the appearance quality of the finished products has been seriously been infoluenced.Thus custoners'dissatisfaction emerges.It is demanded by the corporationthat the key problems on turbid circulating water qualitu has to be solved immediately,to assure the product quality and the normal running of the sysytem.

摘要：

由于高线浊循环水直接用于轧机轴承的冷却,其循环使用率达95%以上,导致水中油浓度和悬浮物严重超标,对高线成品外观质量造成严重影响,引起客户不满。公司要求立即对浊循环水水质问题进行攻关,以保证产品质量。通过投加除油剂并配合除油机的使用解决了系统水质超标的问题,保证了系统的正常运行,创造了较好的经济效益。
