纳滤膜在火电厂循环冷却水处理中的应用

Abstract:

The conception and isolated mechanism of nanofiltration are introduced. A process is designed by using nanofiltration to treat circulating cooling water of a power plant aiming at the raw water quality. Operation parameters of pretreatment and membrane are also designed. On the basis of this, taking original water of 30 000 m3/d as an example,the investment and cost of nanofiltration membrane process are analysed. The economic efficiency of the project is compared. The results show that it is a kind of economic, feasible circulating cooling water treatment technique.

简要介绍了纳滤膜的定义和原理,针对原水的水质,设计了纳滤膜工艺,提出了纳滤膜在火电厂循环冷却水处理中应用的工艺流程和预处理、膜组件的设计运行参数。运行结果表明,出水水质达到循环冷却水补充水的要求。在此基础上,以3×104m3/d规模为例,分析了纳滤膜处理工艺的投资和运行费用。对工程的经济效益比较得出,纳滤膜是一种经济、可行的循环冷却水处理工艺。
