Hybrid MBR applied to the treatment of terylene weight-loss wastewater

复合式MBR处理涤纶碱减量废水的试验研究

Abstract:

Flexible porous particles are put into immersed membranes bioreacter in the treatment of terylene weightloss wastewater. The results indicate that with hydraulic retention time invariable, the inflow concentration of COD increases from 812.35 mg/L to1 621.24 mg/L, the concentration ofoutflowis between 26.60 mg/Land 68.03 mg/L, the total removal rate of COD stayed around 95%. The abrupt increase of organic loading has a little influence on the total removal rate. The membrane itself can hold organic pollutant efficiently, guaranteeing stable outflowquality. The bio-removal rate in hybrid MBR is a little higher than the common MBR. The flexible padding contributes much to the decrease of membrane fouling. Under the same condition, the final trans-membrane pressure of hybrid MBR is 28.3 kPa less than the ordinary MBR.

摘要:

以柔性多孔颗粒作为填料组成的复合式膜生物反应器(MBR)处理涤纶碱减量废水。结果表明,在控制HRT不变的条件下,进水COD从812.35mg/L提高到1621.24mg/L,系统出水COD为26.60~68.03mg/L。系统的COD总去除率均在95%左右。有机负荷冲击对处理效果影响不大。膜组件有效截留有机污染物,确保系统稳定出水。复合膜生物反应器中的生物去除率略高于普通MBR。柔性填料对减轻膜污染贡献明显,相同运行条件下,使最终透膜压差比普通MBR小28.3kPa。
