滤池气、水反冲洗技术的节水、节能效益研究

Abstract:

Based on the pilot-scale experiment and producibility experimental investigations, air water back flushing and simple water washing techniques and their effects on water saving and energy saving in dual media filter material tanks are discussed. The result indicatesthat the air water back flushing has the best effect and prominent economic benefits. Compared with simple water washing, the air water back flushing can averagely prolong the cycle of operation by 3 h, increase periodic water production by 12.76%, improve productivity by 1.21% and reduce washing water rate by 50.3%. The water plant with 5.0 ×105 t of daily water production can save $ 899 700 of water and power expenses a year, which is 54% of that of simple water washing.

摘要:

通过中试和生产性试验研究,对双层滤料滤池的气水反冲洗、单纯水洗技术及其节水节能效益进行研讨。试验结果表明:气水反冲洗效果最好,经济效益显著。该技术与单纯水洗技术相比,可以使滤池的运行周期平均延长3 h,周期产水量增加12.76%,生产率提高1.21%,洗水率降低50.3%,日产水量5.0×105 t的水厂一年可节省水电费89.97万元,是单纯水洗的54%。
