MBBR在污水回用工程中的应用

Abstract:

MBBR is used to treat the discharged wastewater in the water purification workshop of an oil refinery for advanced treatment, in order to reach the circulating make-up water quality standard in refinery production. The results show that when the amount and quality of water conditions are the same, the design parameters of MBBR biological treatment is compared with traditional activated sludge and contact oxidation. It is found that MBBR bio-treatment can decrease many lands which can be made use of in some other advantageous way. The treated wastewater can reach recycled water indexes. This can bring tremendous economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit for enterprises.

摘要:

将炼油厂水净化车间达标排放污水用移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)进行深度处理,以求达到炼油生产装置的循环冷却水系统补充水水质标准。结果表明,在相同处理水量及水质负荷下,比较MBBR生物处理与传统活性污泥法及接触氧化的设计参数,发现使用MBBR生物处理可减少许多用地。处理后的废水能够达到回用水的指标,这样可以为企业带来巨大的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
