Abstract:
Wastewater from dyestuff chemical industry production is difficult to be treated, being characterized by high organic pollution, poor biochemistry, high chroma, and complicated component and containing benzene typed substances. Iron reduction and the 2nd grade H/O technologies are used step by step. The results show that the removal rates such as CODCr, BOD, chromaticity , and nitre- benzene are high, and part of the water is recycled in production. The quality of the effluent water reaches first grade of GB 8978—1996 , succeeding in exploring a new method for the treatment of wastewater containing the special kind of dyestuffs.

摘要:
染料合成化工生产废水中有机污染物浓度高、可生化性差、色度高且组分复杂并且常含有苯类物质, 属难处理废水。采用铁还原和二级H/O法分步处理工艺处理该废水, CODCr、BOD、色度、硝基苯等去除率高, 部分水回用于生产, 出水达到《污水综合排放标准》GB 8978—1996一级标准, 为此类特殊染料生产废水的成功处理进行了有意义的探索。
