Abstract:
The indium that contains 5.35% of Al2O33 has been used to substitute aluminum-bearing liquid and industrial water glass as raw material, polysilicate aluminum chloride coagulant has been prepared by using hydrochloric as activating agent and regulator. In the process of preparing polysilicate aluminum chloride, the effects of the factors, such as the mol ratio of Al/Si, pH, temperature and ageing time on the decolorization property are investigated. Its optimum technological conditions are as follows: the mol ratio of Al/Si is 1, pH 1.8, polymerization temperature 30 ℃, and polymerization time 14 h. Under these conditions, the polysilicate aluminum chloride that contains 1.13% of aluminum and has an acidity of 51% can be prepared. The decolorization rate is above 95% when it is applied to the middle-stage wastewater of bugasse papermaking.

以铟置换液(Al2O3质量分数为5.35%)和工业水玻璃为原料,以盐酸为活化剂和调节剂制备聚硅酸氯化铝絮凝剂,考察了聚硅酸氯化铝制备过程中铝硅比、pH、温度和陈化时间对脱色性能的影响。其优化工艺条件为:铝硅比为1,pH为1.8,聚合温度30℃,聚合时间14 h。在此条件下制得铝质量分数为1.13%、盐基度为51%的聚硅酸氯化铝净水剂,其对蔗渣造纸中段废水的脱色率为95%以上。
