Abstract:
The pilot study of the treatment of ultrasonic cleaning wastewater by the ultrafiltration-nanofiltration combined process has been carried through. The results show that the system could effectively remove various pollutants. When the effluent turbidity≤0.1 NTU,CODMn≤1.5 mg/L,conductivity≤55 μS/cm,and phosphate ≤ 0.17 mg/L,the effluent water quality meets the requirements of industrial water. During the two-month running,the double-membrane system runs steadily.

摘要:
对采用超滤及纳滤联合工艺处理超声波清洗废水进行了中试试验。结果表明,该工艺可有效去除废水中各类污染物,出水浊度≤0.1NTU,CODMn≤1.5mg/L,电导率≤55μS/cm,磷酸盐≤0.17mg/L,出水水质均达到生产用水要求。运行两个多月以来,双膜系统运行稳定。
