低浊、高油轧钢浊环水处理试验研究

Abstract:

Aiming at the problems of steel rolling turbid circulating water that has low turbidity and high oil content, five contrast experiments for oil removing and turbidity lowering have been conducted.The results show that the complex flocculant containing SO42- is the best.When its adding amount is 3 mg/L, oil content can be lowered from 54.10 mg/L to 3.80 mg/L.The residual turbidity can be as low as 0.24 NTU.The influential factors of the oil removing and turbidity lowering are discussed.

摘要:

针对低浊、高油含量轧钢浊环水进行除油、降浊试验研究,通过5个研究方案的絮凝对比试验得出,含有SO42-基团的复合絮凝剂除油、降浊效果"最好",投加质量浓度为3mg/L时,油质量浓度可由54.10mg/L降至3.80mg/L,剩余浊度可达0.24NTU。并对除油、降浊影响因素进行了初步探讨。
