在超声波作用下制备纳米TiO2及降解亚甲基蓝的研究

Abstract:

Using photo-catalytic as evaluation standard, under ultrasonic irradiation, nano titanium dioxide with high activity has been prepared by Sol-Gel method. The results show that TiO2 prepared by this method has higher photo-catalytic activity than that prepared by Sol-Gel method. It is applied to the photo-degradation of organic dyestuff methylene blue. The photocatalytic activity of this titanium oxide is determined by measuring the rate of degradation of methylene blue. The results show that the various conditions, including the dosage of the catalyst titanium oxide,the initial concentration of methylene blue, the initial value of pH and various cations and anions have different influence on the degradation of methylene blue. The degradation conditions are optimized by adopting the single factor experiments. Under optimized conditions, and after 60 min low UV irradiation the experimental results indicate that the degradation rate of the dyestuff is good, 99.6% of decolouration rate is achieved.

摘要:

以光催化效果作为评价标准,在超声波作用下,由Sol-Gel法制备高活性纳米TiO2光催化剂。试验结果表明,该法较Sol-Gel制备的纳米TiO2具有更高的光催化活性。将它应用于光降解有机染料亚甲基蓝,实验结果表明,催化剂投加量、有机物初始浓度、溶液初始pH以及溶液中存在的各种阴阳离子对染料的降解均有不同程度的影响。采用单因子实验优化降解条件,在优选实验条件下,反应60min,染料的脱色率达99.6%。
