气质联机测定水体中的吗啉

Abstract:

The qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of morpholinei in water by GC/MS have been established.The pH of water is adjusted to 10 by NaOH aqueous solution,and,than,morpholine is extracted bydichloromethane in water.It has good linearity,high sensitivity,and high accuracy.The trail of morpholine isdemonstrated by this method.It has strong scientific attainment and adjustability.Its operation is simple.Therefore,it provides scientific bases for environmental monitoring of water body.

摘要:

建立了水体中吗啉的气质联机(GC/MS)定性、定量的分析研究方法。用NaOH水溶液调整水样pH为10,再用二氯甲烷萃取水中的吗啉,具备线性良好、灵敏度和准确性高的特点。此法论证了该有机物的行踪,具有较强的科学性和适用性,且方法简便,为水体的环境监测提供了科学依据。
