糖厂二效汽凝水回用锅炉的应用研究

Abstract:

The second effect vapor condensate has been used for substituting raw water recycle boilers in order to reduce energy consumption and discharge in cane mills.But the boilers do not work normally, when the sugar content of the condensate is too high.It mainly expounds the relationship between the water quality of the condensate and the blowdown rate of boilers, figures out the upper limit of sugar content in the condensate, and puts forward a new process of desugarization/purification for the medium pressure boiler water-supply.It provides scientific basis for using boilers efficiently and safely in cane mills.

摘要:

糖厂以二效汽凝水取代原水回用锅炉是节能减排的重要措施,但含糖量过高的二效汽凝水回用锅炉后,将影响锅炉的正常使用.作者重点阐述了二效汽凝水水质与锅炉排污率的关系,推算出二效汽凝水含糖量的允许值,提出了中压锅炉回补二效汽凝水的除糖净化新工艺.为糖厂高效、安全运行锅炉提供依据.
