Application of EGSB-A/O process to the treatment of highly concentrated starch wastewater

EGSB—A/O工艺处理高浓度淀粉废水的工程应用

Abstract:

The expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB) reactor-A/O process has been used for treating highly concentrated starch wastewater. Anaerobic process is initiated by four stages,such as sludge inoculating,sludge domesticating,loading increase and full-scale running. The COD volume load of EGSB reaches up to 20 kg/(m3·d). The treatment efficiency of A/O process is steady as soon as the initiation of EGSB. After a four-month debugging,the removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS and NH3-N are 99.1%,99.6%,82% and 96%,respectively. After being treated by the combined process,the effluent quality is able to satisfy the demands of the first class standard of Integrated Municipal Sewage Discharge (GB 8978—1996). At the same time,by anaerobic process,protein and biogas can be produced and recovered,and a total profit of RMB 845 900 can be obtained annually.

摘要:

利用EGSB-A/O工艺处理高浓度的淀粉废水。EGSB反应器经过了接种污泥、驯化污泥、提高负荷及满负荷运行四个阶段后,完成启动过程,此时其COD负荷达到20kg/(m3·d),同时A/O段处理效果也随之稳定。经过4个多月的调试后,该系统对废水中COD、BOD5、SS和NH3-N去除率分别达99.1%、99.6%、82%和96%,出水水质达到《城市污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级排放标准,并可以回收蛋白与沼气,每年总收益达到84.59万元。
