Comparison made for the techniques of closed steeling-making soft water circulating water system and cooling equipment

炼钢软水密闭循环水系统工艺及冷却设备比较

Abstract:

Two kinds of techniques, equipment, running cost, and cooling effect of plate heat exchanger and evaporative cooler which have been used by the closed steel-making soft water circulating water system are compared. About the former, the technique is complicated, too many piece of equipment and too much secondary cooling water are used. But, the routine inspection, examination and repair are convenient, problems can be found out and managed in time, and it has been used quite skillfully at the present time. About the latter, the technique is simple, not many pieces of equipment and not much secondary cooling water are used, temperature can be lowered quickly, and power consumption per 1 000 t of water is low. But the routine inspection, examination and repair are not convenient and problems cannot be found out easily. Based on the comparison, the treatment techniques of closed steel-making soft water circulating water are optimized. It can provide reference for the same kind of water treatment system.

摘要:

对炼钢软水密闭循环水系统采用板式换热器和蒸发冷却器的两种不同工艺、设备、运行成本、降温效果等方面进行比较,前者工艺复杂、设备多、二次冷却水量大,但日常检查、检修维护方便,能及时发现问题及时处理,目前使用比较成熟;后者工艺简单、设备少、二次冷却水量小,降温能力强,降温速度快,千吨水耗电量低,但日常检查、检修不方便,不易发现问题。通过比较,优化出炼钢软水密闭循环水处理工艺,可为新建同类水处理系统提供参考。
