Abstract:

Fluoride-containing wastewater from aluminum profile production has been classified according to the level of the fluoride content. After the first coagulation treatment of the wastewater which has higher fluoride content,it is mixed with the wastewater which has low flouoride content. Then, aluminum sulfate reaction, carbide slag for adjusting pH and polyacrylamide(PAM) coagulation are used as secondary treatment. The field test result shows that after the treatment, the concentration of fluoride ions of the water sample is less than 10 mg/L when the concentration of aluminum sulfate in the wastewater reaches 0.27 -0.30 g/L. The secondary treatment technology of fluoride-containing wastewater has good adaptability to aluminum profile production.

摘要:

将铝型材生产废水按氟含量高低分类分流处理,对铝型材高氟废水作一次反应混凝处理后,与低氟废水混合, 采用硫酸铝反应、电石渣回调pH和PAM混凝作二次处理, 当废水中硫酸铝的投加质量浓度为0.27~0.30 g/L时,处理后的水样氟离子质量浓度<10 mg/L。可根据实际生产中废水来水量变化采用不同的比例混合高氟一次处理水和低氟废水,均可取得较好的处理效果。
