Abstract:
Polysilicate ferric chloride (PFSC) has been prepared by using sodium silicate, pickling wasted liquid and wasted scum as raw materials. The main influential factors, such as the ratio of n(Fe)∶n(Si), pH, activating time, temperature, etc., are studied. The synthetic conditions which have optimum coagulating effect on seawater are found out. The results show that PFSC has pretty good effect on treating water with low temperature and low turbidity, wide adaptability of pH ranges, rapid floc formation time, and solid and bulky floc. Its turbidity removal effect of seawater is the best, when n(Fe)∶n(Si)=1.5,active temperature is 40 ℃,active time is 1.5 h,the pH of the product is adjusted to 0.5.

摘要:
以硅酸钠与酸洗废液、废铁屑为原料制备了聚硅酸氯化铁(PFSC)。对影响其性能的主要因素铁硅比、pH、活化时间、温度等进行了研究,找出了对海水具有最佳混凝性能的PFSC合成条件。结果表明:PFSC处理低温低浊水效果较好,适应pH范围宽,且形成絮体速度快,絮体结实粗大。当n(铁)∶n(硅)=1.5、40℃熟化1.5 h、产品的pH调至0.5时,PFSC对海水的除浊效果最好。
