Study on the corrosion inhibition capacity of pickling corrosion inhibitor from zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil

花椒籽油酸洗缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能研究

Abstract:

Zanthoxylum bungeanum seed oil,diethylene triamine and benzyl chloride have been used as raw materials,and imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt (H-1) has been synthesized through amidation, cyclization and quartemarization reactions. Combined with H-2,the corrosion inhibiting capacity of H-1 and the combined corrosion inhibitor are evaluated by weight-loss method. The results show that the prepared H-1 in hydrochloride acid series has very good corrosion inhibiting effect on Steel A20. Its corrosion inhibition efficiency reaches 94.6% ~96.2%. The corrosion inhibiting effect of the new corrosion inhibitor which combined H-1 and H-2 in citric acid series reaches 99.5%. Both of them have very good thermal stability.

摘要:

以花椒籽油、二乙烯三胺和氯化苄为原料,经过酰胺化、环化和季铵化反应合成了咪唑啉缓蚀剂H-1,并与H-2进行复配,用失重法评价了H-1及复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能。研究结果表明,制备的缓蚀剂H-1在盐酸体系中对A20钢有很好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀效率为94.6%~96.2%;由H-1和H-2复配的新型缓蚀剂在柠檬酸体系中对A20钢的缓蚀率在99.5%以上,并且二者都具有很好的热稳定性。
