改进型水解—接触氧化工艺在小型屠宰企业废水处理中的应用研究

Abstract:

The wastewater from small-scale slaughter enterprises with deep color, smell and more fluctuant concentration of pollutants are treated by strengthened techniques instead of ordinary techniques.According to the engineering example, the pollutant concentration is CODCr 1 000-2 400 mg/L, SS 400-700 mg/L, NH3-N 20-40 mg/L and grease 20-45 mg/L. Using modified hydrolytic-contact oxidization technology for treating the wastewater can reach the discharge standard.After treated by this technology, the removal rates of the main pollutant CODCr is 95%,SS is 92%, NH3-N is 37%, and grease is 60%. Various fouling indexes of the effluent meet the second class of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Paching Industry(GB 13457—1992)through debugging for two months and the units run steadily.

摘要:

小型屠宰企业的废水中CODCr、SS、NH3-N、动植物油等污染物浓度较高,色度较深、臭味大,由于污染物浓度存在较大的波动,普通处理工艺很难长期稳定运行,必须采用强化型工艺进行处理。工程实例中,屠宰企业废水的CODCr、SS、NH3-N、动植物油质量浓度分别为1 000~2 400、400~700、20~40、20~45 mg/L,采用以改进型水解—接触氧化工艺为核心的处理工艺处理企业废水,可使其达到排放标准。处理后排水的主要污染物CODCr、SS、NH3-N、动植物油的去除率分别达95%、92%、37%、60%。经过近2个月的调试,该企业排放废水的污染物含量均达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13457—1992)的二级排放标准,且运行稳定。
