Study on the effect of sewage COD on total oxygen transfer coefficient

污水COD对氧总转移系数影响的研究

Abstract:

The sewage from a municipal wastewater treatment plant has been studied. The effect of its chemical oxygen demand (COD) on the total oxygen transfer coefficient KLa and the clean-up correction factor α and β isinvestigated,by measuring KLa and the saturated dissolved oxygen concentration (Cs) of fresh water and the sewagewith different COD. The results show that when the water temperature is (23.5±1) ℃,aeration rate 1.0 m3/h and COD of the influent water 200 -550 mg/L,KLas decreased with the increase of sewage COD,the average rate of variation is -0.018%. The α value decreases with the increase of sewage COD having an average value 0.48,whilethe β value does not change much with the increase of sewage COD,having an average value 0.89.

摘要:

以某城市污水处理厂的实际污水为试验对象,通过测量清水和不同COD污水中的氧总转移系数KLa和饱和溶解氧浓度Cs,研究了污水COD对KLa以及清污修正系数α和β的影响。结果表明:在水温为(23.5±1)℃、曝气量为1.0 m3/h、进水COD为200~550 mg/L的条件下,KLas随污水COD的升高而降低,平均变化率为-0.018%;α值随COD的增加而减小,平均值为0.48;β值随COD的增加变化不大,平均值为0.89。
